What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely happy with your alvea product, we’re here to help.

To start a return, please email us at support@alveapatch.online with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will get back to you with the next steps.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, minus the original shipping cost.

Can I do an exchange?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, we’re always happy to help you find a product you’ll love.

You can return any eligible product within 30 days of purchase and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. For exchange-related questions, please email us at support@alveapatch.online.

Where is my refund?

Once your return has been processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
